At Coffee Beanery, we take pride in the quality of our small-batch roasts and gourmet treats; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for non-perishable items and dedicated support for coffee quality issues.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.

    Verification and Approval

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our freshness and safety standards before providing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Package and Ship

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and use a trackable shipping method to send it back to our roasting facility.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement shipment within 5-7 business days.
