To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered via standard shipping within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both! You can select your preferred grind size—from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso—on each product page, or choose whole beans to grind at home.

What is your return policy on food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
